
Okay............so the scale says I lost 3.5 pounds. I'm not very happy about that. I've been working out twice a day sometimes. What the hell? My mother always said pounds are easy to pack on and hard to get off. I believe her now. This suck. But one thing I have discovered is to work out 10-15 minutes before eating. And STOP laying around after eating (DAMN CABLE TV). Gotta work harder.
