
I'm hell bent on losing 19 pounds before June. The comfort of the new apartment has made me lazy. I've been eating fried foods, candy and too many chips. But I'm on it now.
Went and got my exercise bike from storage and drinking more of a fat burning juice: cabbage, celery, onion and garlic. Doing sit-ups, yoga and 7 minutes of Zumba. I'll see if that works.......again.
