The apartment seems like a mansion compared to the 5th wheel. The additional space is like a breath of fresh air. It was bit depressing for the first couple days, because I had no Internet, no cable and my bed and desk were still waiting to be moved. I was sleeping on an air mattress that was deflated by morning. Taking a 20-minute shower instead of a 5-minute one is also welcomed back. The kitchen counters can house all my little appliances: the juicer, the electric grill, the George Foreman and my crock pot. It's almost as though I have been away from civilization for years.
I went back to the 5th wheel, which is in storage, to get a few things. It was a great ride, but I don't miss it at all. NO MORE PROPANE.
