Yes, I am leaving my 5th wheel to dust. I am moving to the next town into a conversion. It's a nice little place with a HUGE bathroom; all the amenities: refrigerator (yes, that's an amenity out here), stove, dishwasher, air conditioner, heating unit; ceiling fan...... to circulate the ganja. LOL.
I'm excited. My landlord is also my co-worker. Yeah. My maintenance man. Him and I are good friends. I hired him to work for me in 2007, and we have been friends since. What makes us friends is TRUST; among co-workers. That's very important.
He asked me to sign a two-year lease. I told him "absolutely not." I signed a year lease because I don't know where I might want to be in a year......in TWO years. He agreed.
So......yeah........I am excited to experience the future movements of my journey.
