I didn't want to push my mother's picture further down on the page, so I didn't post for a while. But I'm back.
So..........the new on-site manager is about to get fired. Yes, believe it. He has a problem with the owner's son, who actually runs the business and they are not having any of that nonsense. He was giving the owner's son attitude whenever he called. It's only been two months and he couldn't control himself.
He got mad because he wanted to cut the office door in half(sort of like a barn door), and I told the owners that would limit the tenant's access to the manager; a MAJOR part of his job. Well, they told him no and he has been throwing temper tantrums - like a girl. So they have already placed an ad on Craigslist to replace him before his 90 days expire on August 24th.
These people we keep hiring don't understand that it's a small company and we (yes, we) are like family. If you can't get along with one, then you won't get along at all.
