HUD Inspection on July 6th. Gotta go in Saturday (today) to help the new manager put the recertifications in the files. It should take about 4 hours. Not too happy about using my Saturday for this crap.
The new manager is having a problem with the maintenance man. Apparently, the maintenance man has reduced his job duties without authorization. The new manager also fired the gardener, who had been at the building since 2002. He was a lazy bum though. However, I think this new guy needs to chill out a bit. I figure next he will come for me; they always do. For some reason these new managers THINK they can do my job. But like I told him, I've been through 4 managers, and I will leave when I am ready, not when a new face appears. I hope he got the message.
