I went to the building today to drop off paperwork, and when the 22-year old on-site manager opened the office door, the smell of marijuana smoke gave me a contact. She wasn't expecting me......obviously. She was so high, it looked like she was squinting. She couldn't even look at me. I didn't know what to say. I was doing my best not to inhale, but the smell was overwhelming. No wonder she has bags underneath her eyes. I thought it was stress. It's weed.
