Okay........so I go to the building yesterday to drop off the new Leases. The on-site manager is stressed as heck. We talk. She wants to know how on earth I dealt with those "mental" people for 2 years. I told her she has to be aggressive. But I can tell aggressiveness is not her style. Anyway, they called HUD on her last week, and we both responded to their complaints. It was all bullshit. Shit like that don't stir me. Apparently, she was rattled. She gave her 2-weeks notice today.
I left that job in July of 2009. So far, we have had 3 managers since my departure. I am now an Independent Contractor handling their HUD paperwork. And I want to keep it like that, because those tenants are sooooooo fucking crazy. The company asked me if I would come back full-time. I told them ABSOLUTELY NOT. I had more money than I do now, but money didn't make me happy. I'm content now. Broke as hell, but content: mentally, spiritually and emotionally. PEACE OUT, motherfuckers.
